Get AI operational in your role and your business.

I’ll work with you 1:1. Each time, we pick the task that’s eating your time and build the AI fix together, so you leave with it working. The aim is one more thing off your plate every week.

“Trevor’s AI Operating System workshop changed how I run Frontier Tech Partners. Every client and every recurring task now has context and a process behind it, so I spend my time on the work, not on re-explaining it.”

01 / Sound familiar?

You’ve read about AI for months and you’re still doing the work by hand.

ChatGPT gives me mush.

It doesn’t know your clients, your offers or how you talk, so every draft needs rewriting.

I keep reading about agents and I still do this by hand.

The newsletter, the follow-ups, the proposals, the same five questions every week.

I don’t know which job to hand it first.

So nothing gets handed off, and the subscription sits there.

We take one task at a time and build it on your own material, in the tools you already pay for. We don’t move on until it’s working and you’re using it. Then we pick the next one.

02 / Ways to work together

Three ways in. Pick what suits you.

The main option

Ongoing support

A weekly 1:1 call where we build the next thing together. Between calls you can text me or send a Loom when you get stuck, and I’ll answer within one business day.

Month to month, or a set length we agree on the fit call. I keep it to 3 ongoing clients at a time so I can give each one proper attention.

In-person VIP day

A full day sitting down together in Toronto (or wherever we agree) to build the first few things in one go. Good if you’d rather get it done in a day.

1:1 sit-downs

Single sessions, in person or on a call, for one specific build or a second opinion on something you’ve started.

There’s no price on this page on purpose. The right option depends on you, so we work it out together on a short fit call.

03 / What gets built

The kind of thing you could leave with.

A newsletter helper that turns your voice notes into a first draft that sounds like you.

An inbox helper that drafts replies to the questions you get every week, for you to approve.

A custom GPT or Claude project trained on your course, book or talks.

A follow-up that checks in with new leads on its own, so fewer people slip through.

A proposal drafter trained on your past proposals and the ones you won.

A weekly report that pulls from your sheets and drafts the summary you send your team or your manager.

Everything gets built in your own accounts and tools, so it’s yours and you know how to change it.

04 / How it starts

A short application, then a fit call.

  1. 01

    Apply

A few short questions, including the one task you’d hand off first.

  2. 02

    Fit call

20 minutes to see if it’s a fit and pick the option that suits you.

  3. 03

    Start building

We start whenever suits us both. There’s no cohort and no fixed date.

  4. 04

    Keep going

Each call, we build the next thing on your list.

05 / Who you’d work with

Hi, I’m Trevor.

I write AI Operated every week. I ran an AI for business workshop at Toronto Tech Week that 118 founders showed up for. And I run my own agency on the same tools I’d build with you. Most weeks I’m building email and marketing systems for clients, so I build for the business, not the demo.

This is the first round of 1:1 work, and I keep it to 3 ongoing clients at a time. I’ll ask the first few people if I can share a before-and-after once things are running. Totally your call.

06 / Is it a fit?

Who this is for.

It’s a good fit if

  • You run an expert-led business (coaching, consulting, courses, books or speaking), solo or with a small team.
  • You run a small team and want what we build used by the team, not only you.
  • You already pay for ChatGPT or Claude.
  • You still do the repeatable work by hand.
  • Or you’re an operator or team lead who wants AI working in your own role.

It’s probably not for you if

  • You want it done for you. That’s what my agency, Digiwell, does.
  • You want a course or a community.
  • You’re after a quick hack rather than something you’ll keep using.

07 / Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a browser, we can build it together. You drive, I steer.

How’s this different from a course or YouTube?

It’s built on your business instead of watched. And there’s a person who answers when something breaks.

Why not hire an agency to build it?

You can. If you’d rather own it and be able to change it yourself later, build it with me instead.

How much of my time does it take?

A weekly call, plus the time you spend using what we’ve built. We set the call length on the fit call so it fits your week.

Which tools will we use?

Mostly what you already pay for: ChatGPT or Claude, your email platform, and Zapier or Make where they help.

What does it cost?

It depends on the option and what you need, so we work it out on the fit call. I’ll send it to you in writing afterwards, so you can decide in your own time.

What if my company’s paying?

After the fit call I’ll send a short written scope with the option, the price and what we’ll build, so you can forward it to whoever approves it. We build inside the tools and accounts your company already uses.

What does “help between calls” mean?

Text and Loom questions between calls, answered within one business day. I’m not on call around the clock, and I’d rather be upfront about that.

What if I’m busy some weeks?

We move the call. Month to month means you’re never locked in.

Apply for a spot

Something eating your week? Let’s build the fix.

It takes about two minutes. I’ll read it and reply within one business day. Or reply “mentor” to any AI Operated email.

Which option appeals?
